My 35th post after 4 months break, for the ONE Malaysian song which impressed me quite sometime after Aasai (Suhamai Subbulakhsmi). Naan Unnai Kaadhalithaal, sung and composed by Neroshen Thanaseharan feat Mista Carey (SLY Squad), a single from the album HashtagONE. Lyrics are by Prabu. The single has been released way back in April, but I stumbled upon it just recently, my bad. This is a love at first listen, a definitely quality product. It is an earbug NOT because it resembles Kollywood song, but due to the uniqueness of the song, something that you don’t often get through local songs, IMHO. Additional advantage, one can actually hear to the lyrics c-l-e-a-r-l-y and sway to the music without feeling awkward. This song comfortably joins the list of Malaysian songs that I can hum and sing along to this fresh and catchy track. This Neroshan is a bundle of talent to look forward to. Not forgetting Mista Carey for his simplest yet effective rap track which compliments the song. Nothing overdone, just perfect amount of everything.
